Unable to find Databricks Personal Access Token

Hey, I registered for my databricks account using this https://www.databricks.com/try-databricks#account. I signed to my account but cannot find databricks personal access token under Usee settings > Developer > Access Tokens. How can I get my API key for openAI.

  If you are in the Databricks Community edition, then you won't find it, it has to be connected to AWS/Azure/GCP to find the PAT

  Yes, I think I'm using Databricks Community Edition for this hackathon. But if I use AWS services for building my GenAI app, will I get billed on AWS?
  Please suggest if there is any alternative to use dbrx APIs/ openAI APIs
