Update Video Demo

Hi,

Super sorry about this, but I received an email from Youtube saying that my youtube account was terminated (see: https://imgur.com/a/lkZJWJ8). I had to update our submission (Pixie AI) with a new Youtube link. It was the same video, just reuploaded today
